Send a photo and you will get a price
The fastest route to a number is a picture. Call if you would rather talk it through — both reach the same person.
- Same day and next day collection, six days a week
- A price from a photo — no site visit to wait in for
- Licensed carrier, responsible disposal, never fly-tipped
What to send
One photograph of everything that needs to go, and one of how a van would get to it. That second picture is the one people leave out and it is the one that most often changes the price — a load carried forty metres from a rear access is a different job from one lifted straight off a drive.
If there are stairs, a locked gate, a narrow lane or a deadline, say so in the same message. Everything mentioned up front goes into the quote; nothing mentioned up front becomes a conversation on the day.
When we work
Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Saturday, 9am to 5pm. Closed Sunday.
Messages sent outside those hours are answered at the start of the next working day rather than in the middle of the night.
Where we cover
Diss and the villages around it, south Norfolk, and north Suffolk across the Waveney — roughly forty miles out from Diss — which reaches Norwich, Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich and the coast at Lowestoft. If you are beyond that it is still worth asking; the answer depends more on the size of the load than the distance.
Why there is no contact form on this page
Because a form cannot carry a photograph well, and the photograph is the quote. It would also mean collecting names and addresses into an inbox for no benefit to you. A phone number and a WhatsApp thread do the job better.
Before you send it — what we cannot take
What we take
- General household waste and bagged rubbish
- Furniture, mattresses and bulky items
- Fridges, freezers and other electricals (WEEE)
- Garden and green waste
- Builders' waste, timber and metal
- Full house, shed and garage clear-outs
Not sure whether yours is on the list? Send a photo and you will get a straight answer either way.
What we cannot take
- Asbestos, in any form
- Paint, chemicals and solvents
- Gas bottles and aerosols under pressure
- Oils, fuel and other liquids
- Clinical or hazardous waste
These need a differently permitted carrier. Norfolk and Suffolk county household waste recycling centres accept most of them from householders free of charge, and your council's website lists the nearest one.
Frequently asked questions
What should the photo show?
All of the waste in one frame if you can, plus a second shot of how a van would reach it — the street, the drive, or the track. Access affects the price more than people expect, and a picture settles it without a site visit.
When will I hear back?
Usually within the hour during working hours. If you send something late in the evening it will be answered the next morning rather than at midnight.
Do you work Sundays?
No. Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm. Sunday is the one day nothing is loaded, though a message sent then will be picked up first thing Monday.
Send a photo, get a price
Text or WhatsApp a picture of what needs clearing and you will get a figure for the load — not an hourly rate and a guess. Most jobs around Diss are same day or next day.
