Fast, Licensed Rubbish Removal Across Norfolk and Suffolk

Looking for someone to clear a house, a garage or a garden across Norfolk or Suffolk? EasyPro is a licensed waste carrier working out of Harleston, covering roughly forty miles around Diss — Norwich, Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds, Lowestoft and everything between — from a single mattress to a full property clearance.

Everything is priced from a photograph. You send a picture of what needs to go, you get a figure for the load before anyone sets off, and the waste is sorted and disposed of responsibly. No hourly rate running while somebody works out where to start, and no “from” price that changes once the van is on your drive.

Four years in and working the same patch — which is the reason a single fridge is still worth a trip, and the reason you speak to the person who turns up rather than a call centre.

Why Choose EasyPro for Clearing Waste in Norfolk and Suffolk?

Choosing a waste carrier is mostly a question of trust, because you are handing your rubbish to somebody and then not watching where it goes. Under the household duty of care in England, you remain responsible for it — if it turns up fly-tipped, the council traces it back to you rather than to the van.

So the registration number is in the header of every page on this site rather than in the small print, and it is checkable on the public register in under a minute. Check it before you book anybody, including us.

  • Four years trading across the Norfolk and Suffolk border

  • Responsible disposal — sorted, recycled where it can be, never fly-tipped

More about EasyPro

Four years on the same patch

Long enough to have seen most of what a shed can contain, and small enough that the person quoting the job is the person doing it.

Registered waste carrier

Registration CBDU516748, held with the Environment Agency and checkable by anyone on the public register.

Sorted, not buried

Loads are sorted so metal, wood and green waste come out for recycling rather than going to landfill. Fridges and freezers are degassed at a permitted facility.

What We Take, and What We Cannot

Most operators list only what they collect, because a refusal reads like a lost sale. It is the opposite: finding out on the doorstep wastes everybody’s morning, and for asbestos and pressurised cylinders it is a safety and licensing matter rather than a preference.

What we take

  • General household waste and bagged rubbish
  • Furniture, mattresses and bulky items
  • Fridges, freezers and other electricals (WEEE)
  • Garden and green waste
  • Builders' waste, timber and metal
  • Full house, shed and garage clear-outs

Not sure whether yours is on the list? Send a photo and you will get a straight answer either way.

What we cannot take

  • Asbestos, in any form
  • Paint, chemicals and solvents
  • Gas bottles and aerosols under pressure
  • Oils, fuel and other liquids
  • Clinical or hazardous waste

These need a differently permitted carrier. Norfolk and Suffolk county household waste recycling centres accept most of them from householders free of charge, and your council's website lists the nearest one.

How a Job Actually Works

  1. Send a photo

WhatsApp or text a picture of what needs to go. No site visit to arrange, no waiting in for a surveyor.

  2. Get a clear price

A price for the load, given up front. If it turns out to be less than the photo showed, it costs less.

  3. It goes, properly

We load it, sweep up after ourselves, and dispose of it responsibly. Sorted, recycled where it can be, and never a lay-by.

Where Can I Dispose of Rubbish for Free in Norfolk and Suffolk?

If you would rather take it yourself, both counties run household waste recycling centres that accept a wide range of material from residents free of charge — including the paint, oils, chemicals and gas bottles that a general waste carrier is not permitted to carry.

Which one you use depends on which side of the Waveney you are on. Norfolk sites are run by Norfolk County Council and Suffolk sites by Suffolk County Council; both list opening times, what each site takes and any booking requirement.

What a recycling centre will not do is carry it down your stairs, and most have limits on vans and trailers. That is usually where we come in.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly can you collect?

Most jobs around Diss are same day or next day. Send a photo with a rough postcode and you will get a slot and a price in the same reply. Saturday collections run until 5pm; Sunday is the one day we do not load.

How do you work out the price?

From the photo. You get a figure for the load before anyone sets off, and it covers labour, the tip fee and the paperwork. If the pile turns out smaller than the picture showed, you pay the smaller figure.

Do I have to carry anything out?

No. Everything on the quote gets carried, loaded and swept up. If it is up two flights or down a garden, say so in the message and it will be priced in rather than sprung on you.

How do I know the waste is disposed of legally?

EasyPro is registered with the Environment Agency as an upper-tier waste carrier, licence CBDU516748, and you can check that number on the public register. Waste is sorted and disposed of responsibly, and you can have a waste transfer note for the paper trail.

What happens if my waste gets fly-tipped?

Under your household duty of care you are responsible for who you hand waste to, and councils do prosecute householders whose rubbish is found dumped. That is why the licence number is in the header of every page here rather than buried — check it before you book anyone, us included.

Is a van cheaper than hiring a skip?

Often, and for a different reason than people expect. A skip is priced for the time it sits there and you fill it yourself; a load is priced once and we do the lifting. A skip on the road also needs a permit from the county council, which a van does not.

Send a photo, get a price

Text or WhatsApp a picture of what needs clearing and you will get a figure for the load — not an hourly rate and a guess. Most jobs around Diss are same day or next day.
