What this website collects

Nothing. There is no contact form, no analytics, no advertising pixel and no cookie banner, because there are no cookies to ask you about. You can read every page here without anything being recorded about you.

The only things your browser requests are the pages themselves and the photographs on them, which are served from this site.

What we hold when you get in touch

If you call, message or email, we hold what you send: your phone number or email address, the photographs of the waste, the address the job is at, and any notes about access or timing. That information is used to quote the job, to do the job, and to keep the records a licensed waste carrier has to keep.

We do not sell it, we do not share it for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Waste transfer records

A registered waste carrier is legally required to keep waste transfer notes, which identify the waste, where it came from and where it went. Those records are kept for the period the regulations require. This is a legal obligation rather than something you can opt out of, and it is the same obligation that makes a licensed carrier safer to use than an unlicensed one.

WhatsApp

If you send photographs by WhatsApp, the message is carried by WhatsApp and their own privacy terms apply to it in transit. Once it arrives it is held the same way anything else you send is.

Your rights

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where there is no legal reason to keep it — waste transfer notes being the main exception. Ask on the number or email address at the foot of this page.

If you are not satisfied with how a request is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
