Terms of service
How a quote is arrived at, what can and cannot go in the van, and what you get afterwards.
- Same day and next day collection, six days a week
- A price from a photo — no site visit to wait in for
- Licensed carrier, responsible disposal, never fly-tipped
How a quote works
A price is given for a load, based on the photographs and the description you send. It covers collection, loading, and lawful disposal at a licensed facility.
If the waste turns out to be materially less than the photographs showed, you pay less. If it turns out to be materially more — extra items, a longer carry than described, or waste we were not told about — you will be told before anything is loaded, and you can accept the revised figure or decline. Nothing is loaded first and priced afterwards.
A quote assumes the waste is accessible on the day and that anything described as being ready to go is ready to go.
What cannot be carried
Asbestos in any form, paint, chemicals and solvents, gas bottles and pressurised aerosols, oils, fuel and other liquids, and clinical or hazardous waste.
These are not preferences. Carrying them requires permits this business does not hold, and in the case of asbestos the removal itself is licensed work. If any of it is found in a load on the day it will be left, and the rest of the job will go ahead.
Household quantities of most of them are accepted free of charge at Norfolk and Suffolk county recycling centres.
Access
You are responsible for telling us how the property is reached: stairs, gates, restricted parking, shared access, weight or height limits. All of it affects the work and all of it is priced in when it is known in advance.
Where a vehicle cannot safely or legally reach the waste, and no alternative is workable, the job may not be able to proceed.
Disposal and documentation
Waste is sorted and disposed of responsibly through permitted routes. A waste transfer note is available on request for household work and is issued as standard for business waste.
If you are a business, you have a duty of care to keep that note. Ask for it at the time rather than afterwards.
Your own duty of care
Householders in England are responsible for checking that whoever takes their waste is registered to do so. EasyPro’s registration is CBDU516748 and can be verified on the Environment Agency’s public register of waste carriers, brokers and dealers.
Payment and cancellation
Payment terms, accepted methods and notice for cancellation are confirmed when a job is booked.
